Welcome to UTILITY Management

New conditions for the utility sector and the climate change agenda requires innovation. New energy technologies, new forms of cooperation, new corporate structures and mergers are obvious issues.

Denmark has a well-functioning utility sector. Danes experience only rarely and briefly, that there is no water in the taps, heat radiators, power at the socket or that the waste will not be collected. It is a strong basis for further development. Denmark is at the forefront of the climate agenda and is now eager to rely on these experiences in developing green and effective solutions at home and abroad.

Several studies have shown that there is significant potential for efficiency improvements in the utility sector. For the owners, it is obviously strategically important to realize these efficiency gains. But the way in which they are realized, is of crucial importance to price and quality for consumers as well as the size of the owners' values. New business models have emerged.

The conversion of energy and transport systems in accordance with the Climate Commission's recommendations requires interdisciplinary knowledge about the utilities sector to avoid waste of resources.

Like the utility sector has served the Danish society well, UTILITY Management assist utilities with strategies and structure of the impending change.

With the right strategy and business model, it is realistic to downgrade operating costs by 20% over 5 years.
